Ah it has been one of those mornings where they just can't find anything that keeps their attention for more than 2 minutes and outside is less than appealing, so what to do. It's time to break out those rainy day activities, and what better one than bubbles! Ah bubbles how you are a life saver when it comes to fussy kiddies, and so easy!
It is such a simple thing to do, I got two pans one small and one big so they had one each (this didn't last long). Added warm water and dish washing liquid, I would have used bubble bath which is softer on Buddy's skin but I had none left.
Whizzed it up a bit to make the bubbles all fluffy for them, you could add food colouring if you wished but i thought it would be messy enough. :)
And off they went, they would play for hours if they could but they do start to get cold and the kitchen gets a very good clean, I mean messy!
It took a while for their daddy to clean it all up and Buddy ended up in the shower, swimming stuff and all. Now we have a sparkly clean floor, two clean and content kiddies ready for some quiet time which works for us.
